CHAMPAIGN - Delores J. Rosenbaum, 83, of Champaign peacefully passed away at 8:55 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 20, 2024) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at Rosenbaum Funeral Home, Gibson City, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Saybrook.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.Dee was born April 14, 1941, in Gilman, a daughter of Charles and Dorothy Hale Ishmiel. She married Richard A. Rosenbaum on Aug. 27, 1960, in Saybrook. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2013.She is survived by her two children, David A. (Glenda Rahn) Rosenbaum of Tuscola and Melissa A. (Randall) Vinyard of Euless, Texas; three grandchildren, Rachel Rosenbaum, Brandon (Rachel) Vinyard and Blake (Karley) Rosenbaum; three great-grandchildren, Jolene, Landon and Gwendolyn; her sister Linda Edmonds of Tolono; stepbrother, Michael (Lynn) Porter of Paris, Tenn.; and many nieces and nephews.She
