Pietkiewicz, JakubPAXTON, Ill. - Jakub "Jake" Thomas Pietkiewicz, 44, of Paxton, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 407 W. Pells Street, Paxton, with Father Nestor Sanchez officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cemetery, Paxton.Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 6, at Baier family Funeral Services, 406 E. Pells Street, Paxton, with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m.Jake was born February 22, 1980, in Szczecinek, Poland, the son of Jerzy and Zofia Lamorski Pietkiewicz. He married Laura Unfried on June 11, 2005, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Enfield.
