HOOPESTON - Donna Jeane Lithgow, 88, formerly of Hoopeston, passed away Tuesday (July 30, 2024) at Goldwater Care, Gibson City.She was born Aug. 11, 1935, the daughter of Glenn Seymour and Mildred Abbott Seymour. Her mother passed away the day before her 10th birthday. Two years later, her father married Bernice Christiansen, who was a loving mother to the blended family.Donna was raised in Rossville, graduating from Rossville High School Class of 1953. She then worked at the Fred A. Smith lumber yard, where she met and married Art "Bud" Page in 1955. After his service in the Navy, the couple lived in Hoopeston, where Donna Jeane worked at the Grab-It-Here, the Community Bank, and retired from the Grant Township Office. Bud passed away in 1970.In 1985, she married Stanley Lithgow and became a farmer's wife and a part of his family.She is survived by his children, Craig (Gail) Lithgow of Rantoul and Barbara (Stuart) Chase of Rochester.
